The "Drive for Excellence"

A Campaign for Bulldog Golf

The men's golf team has an opportunity for you to invest in a technology package that will dramatically assist the team in their preparation and practice. The equipment needed to strengthen our program is a high-definition digital camera (with stand) and a computer with golf swing analyzing software.

This technology is necessary for us to compete with schools that have had this type of equipment for years. The ability to capture, view and analyze the golf swing from various angles will strengthen our ability to instruct our student-athletes so they may develop and perform at a high level.

In addition to the technology package we also plan to purchase some netting and indoor equipment to help us stay in good form during the winter months.

The call to action

The Bulldog Men's Golf Program invites you to join them in this special initiative by making a significant gift commitment to the project. All alumni, parents, and friends of the program are being asked to contribute.

While gifts of all sizes are important, a minimum of $100 is requested. Gifts at this level and higher will be needed to ensure a successful "Drive for Excellence."

The budget for the technology package:

  • Computer & Golf Analyzing Software: $3,000

  • Camera (with stand): $1,000

  • Indoor Equipment/Netting: $1,000

Total Project Cost:
$5,000
